Water Valley Well is owned by ten residences on forty two acres. There is a well agreement made by the original two owners of the 42 acres that was divided into our 10 lots. Since it "runs with the land", it covers subsequent owners of each of these 10 lots. Please see our About page for more about the agreement and a description of the delivery system.
